Jeremy A. Roth

Jeremy A. Roth is Of Counsel to Luckett Law Office, and the owner of his own firm, Roth Law Group, LLC.  Mr. Roth and Mr. Luckett work together frequently on criminal and domestic cases.   Both firms are located in the downtown Abraham Law Building, which aids in their collaboration.  Mr. Roth practices primarily in OMVI defense and misdemeanor criminal matters.

Legal Experience & Education

In 2010 Jeremy A. Roth graduated from Capital University Law School, cum laude, and Mr. Roth completed his undergraduate education at Ohio University, in Athens, OH.

Mr. Roth entered private practice in 2011 after working with the Columbus City Attorney’s office in Franklin County Municipal Court for the past 18 months.  While working with the city, Mr. Roth gained extensive trial experience and exposure to the personnel and functioning of Franklin County Municipal Court.  Mr. Roth primarily handles OMVI and Drug crimes, as well as working with Luckett Law Office on Family Law and Domestic Matters.
